Terms & Conditions

1. PAYMENT
Payment to be made on receipt of goods unless the company has specifically quoted or agreed to an alternative arrangement.

2. RETURN OF GOODS
a. Returns can only be accepted of goods that are not in accordance with the Customer's order and are returned within 7 days of receipt of goods.
b. We will not accept returns for credit without prior authorisations.
c. Any goods which you return for credit will only be accepted if they are in the original packaging, in pristine order and condition.
d. A copy of our invoice must accompany the returned goods.
e. Any goods supplied to order and subsequently returned or in the case of a Customer's error, the cost of the freight both ways will be the Customers.
f. All goods remain the property of Elan Medical Supplies until paid in full.
g. Due to hygiene reasons, incontinence products cannot be returned unless faulty.

3. CLERICAL ERRORS
We reserve the right to correct clerical errors without notification.

4. WARRANTY
All products sold by us have a manufacturer's warranty (excludes upholstery, tyres and tubes). Damage or malfunction due to misuse excluded from this warranty. Proof of purchase will be required for warranty claims.

5. DEFAULT
Any cost/s incurred to recover any payments due, as per our trading terms, will solely be the responsibility of the Customer.

6. HIRE
a. Minimum fee one week and delivery.
b. Full payment to be finalised on completion of hire period.
c. Loss or damage of product to be paid for by hirer.
d. All products remain the property of Elan Medical Supplies.
e. Hire goods will continue to incur hire fees until returned to Elan Medical Supplies.
